Official Oricon news released this morning Arashi's  "All the BEST album" exceeds Mr Children 1st week sales and is No. 1 for 2009 with 753,000 sales!!!

「Ashita no Kioku/ Crazy Moon ~ Kiimi wa muteki~」 & 「Believe /Kumori Nochi Kaisei」 dominated No.1 and No. 2 11st week singles sales for 2009.  On the 19th(Wednesday) released their 『Best Album All the BEST! 1999-2009 』 with initial sales at a record 753,000 copies, their record career high. This is ranked No. 1 on top weekly  album sales dated 31st August. This surpassed sales of Mr Children 『 SUPERMARKET FANTASY 』 (released in December 208)which had initial sales of 708,000.

Mr.Children 『 SUPERMARKET FANTASYwhich has already surpassed the million mark, however if Arashi can achieve a million sales, it would be the birth of the first million sales work, since their debut in November 1999.
 
The  best album consist o f 2 disc including single from their debut 「A・RA・SHI」in 1999 to their release in May of 「Ashita no Kioku/ Crazy Moon ~ Kiimi wa muteki~」. Also, included is a new anniversary song '5x10' by the member to express their feeling of gratitude, total of 32 songs.
 

明日の記憶/Crazy Moon～キミ・ハ・ムテキ～」、「Believe/曇りのち、快晴」で09年度シングル売上の1位、2位を独占中の嵐が、19日（水）に発売したベストアルバム『All the BEST！ 1999～2009』で初動売上75.3万枚を記録し、自己最高初動売上で8/31付週間アルバムランキングの首位を獲得した。これまで09年度1位のアルバム初動売上を記録していたMr.Children『SUPERMARKET FANTASY』（2008年12月発売）の70.8万枚をも上回り、同作は、本年度初動売上トップに躍り出た。

　Mr.Children『SUPERMARKET FANTASY』は、すでにミリオンを突破しているが、嵐も同アルバムでミリオンを達成すれば、1999年11月のデビュー以来、シングル、アルバムを通じて自身初のミリオン作品の誕生となる。

　同作は2枚組ベストアルバムで、1999年11月のデビューシングル「A・RA・SHI」から、今年5月に発売された26枚目のシングル「明日の記憶/Crazy Moon～キミ・ハ・ムテキ～」までの全シングルを網羅。さらに表題曲と、メンバーが10周年の感謝の気持ちを込めて作詞した新曲「5×10」の計32曲が収録されている
